You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. ezspin4 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account as a result of your own negligence.

General user responsibilities
- Not using the platform for any illegal or fraudulent purposes

- Not taking any action that could compromise the integrity of the platform or other users
- Complying with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia
Payment Information and MYR Transactions
All transactions on the ezspin4 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds are from a legitimate source and belong to the user themselves. The use of credit cards or bank accounts belonging to another person is prohibited.
Deposit
The minimum deposit amount is as specified for each available payment method. Deposited funds will be credited to your account once payment confirmation is received. ezspin4 is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment service providers.
Withdrawal

Taxes and fees
Users are solely responsible for paying any applicable taxes on their winnings in accordance with current Malaysian tax law. ezspin4 does not provide tax advice and recommends that users consult a professional tax advisor if necessary.
Account Suspension and Closure Policy
Account suspension
Ezspin4 reserves the right to temporarily suspend a user's account for investigation purposes if there is reasonable suspicion of a terms violation, suspicious activity, or upon request from the relevant authorities. During the suspension period, the user will not be able to access their account or carry out any transactions.
Voluntary account closure
Users may close their account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Any eligible balance (not subject to outstanding conditions) will be returned in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures.
Account closure by the platform
Ezspin4 reserves the right to close any account without prior notice if a user is found to have violated these terms, engaged in fraud, provided false information, or used the platform for unlawful purposes. In such cases, the platform reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending the outcome of an investigation.
Liability Limitations, Intellectual Property, and Third-Party Links
Platform liability limit
Ezspin4 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to: service disruptions, technical errors, transaction delays, or financial losses resulting from game outcomes. Intellectual property

Severability
